Victor's gravity field

I'm not good at intos so I'll just go right into it. Compared to the rest of his kit Viktor's w is trash. Before he was reworkes I really did like the increased rate the on his w when it was augmented. And I feel (since I can't really collect data for obvious reasons of lack of time machine and such) that changing gravity fields augment to also increase his cast range as well as brought to center would provide for a better playing experience and a reason to augment w earlier.
