Dance around the creeps. Make him eat up that damage. Especially with creep block being so brutal right now. Exhaust the adc if a fight starts. Don't push the lane if you're behind. Remember, once his w wears off he's slowed. Punish him.

EDIT: Also, poke his adc as much as possible, and him if/when you can't. They can't engage at 50% if you're at full. In general, poke beats out kill.

Kite ant hit him. Same with your support. OR just jump on defenceless enemy carry ant hit him

Depends on who you are. If you are the adc run behind minions and your support if they are tanky. Shoot while running if you can.

If you are the support have exhaust ready for their adc and if you are a tank just stand between blitz and your adc. If he pulls you just engage and know that all blitz can do now is auto while your adc wrecks face.

If you are not a tank support then use whatever disengage you have to retreat and snare / knockup/ slow / stun blitz

Probly the best thing to do in general vs a blitz lane if you are not confortable in the matchup is LET THEM push to your tower. If you miss a few cs as a result no big deal. Once you are at tower blitz would have to be suicidal to engage you with anything other than his Q

The support should be trying to body block. By that time if Blitz does convert on the support that means all-in on their carry.
