Rammus Q

's Q is kinda strange in my opinion, It's not a big deal with damage, Cooldown reduction or anything like that, But wouldn't it feel better If his Q was like Sion's ultimate? I mean heck how can a ball of doom sit in one place while spinning? How is that even possible? But just make it so he can turn better not like sion's slow turning.

Oh yeah also maybe a way to make the powerball form to last longer? maybe scale with something? Or increased duration based on level? I dunno :v
