URF vs ARURF

I would love to not play ARURF this upcoming rotation. Just saying I want to be able to pick a broken champ and not be given the same ugly garbage champs... Or atleast have one time where urf is normal and another where its that garbage all random. :^) think about it rito.

This is the exact reason that they reworked urf to be random. You ruined it by making it stagnant and worrying about the meta in a meaningless fun game mode.
