hypermoble champs with thumb ball

I like the challenges of aram. But I cant play hyper mobilized champs with a thumb ball mouse. The screen control and skill shot time to scroll is too great. Sometimes I even get into my old hyper reaction state of being in the zone that I forget the mouse is a thumb mouse. So, everything else is still high level play, but that scroll delay is killing me.

I ask the community what I should do to maintain adequate gameplay. Especially if I play yasuo like one requested. Should I lock the screen or play with someone else's mouse? I dont want to bring down others.
