Ranked Dodging

Hello everyone,

This is my first post to the forums, I know many of you do not have an issue with this because many of you aren't familiar with the nightmare that is the random queue of the bronze division. This is the 3rd time I have had to dodge a game because a player who is in ranked did not know or have a champion to play a certain position. Needless to say he has refused to dodge so I did and here I am writing this with my 5 minute wait. Is there seriously no what for riot games to prevent situations like this from happening because I should not have to sacrifice my time because someone does not have a clue what they're doing. You shouldn't be allowed to play ranked unless you can adequately perform every role. It is not fair to everyone else.
