Riot's Problem

Riot never straight up buffs anymore, they "compensate" buffs with NERFS and it completely ruins the point of changing. People like Sejuani or aatrox or nautilus are trash and instead of just RAISING SOME STATS they move around sej's dmg. Just raise dmg lower cd lower mana cost and she would be moderate, not viable, but playable. Has anyone else caught on to this pussy-bitching of riot?
