Evelynn nerf wayyyyyyyy to heavy

The nerfs that were done to her E ability have completely ruined the champion. She is so unbelievably weak due to her lack of kill potential that she no longer proves to be a viable choice. 6% of maximum health damage late into the game is the difference between getting the kill or not. Meaning if you don't get the kill and you just attempted the assassination in a team fight without getting the kill, you are now out of the fight (if not dead for nothing) and putting the enemy team at an advantage considering it's now a 4v5 fight.

SHE NEEDS KILL POTENTIAL

People are complaining that her damage is to high? Well we better nerf EVERY ASSASSIN in the game.

I disagree. She was never a late game champ to begin with, always an early game champ. She is still strong in the early too, she just isn't AS strong in the late. A full build evelynn is still able to one shot a carry that doesn't have resists in the late game, so she is still pretty strong anyway.

The issue was that she was NOT just barely killing you, she was OVERkilling you by quite a bit. That was the problem.

As a old and new eve main(M7 360k-MP) she was a early game champ pre rework. Post rework her kit is designed for lategame. I do not agree with the nerfs as it weakened her quite a bit along with frost fang nerf. 8.2 took away alot oh her power pre and post six if they keep these nerfs instead of reverting(her damage nerfs not frostfang) mid patch then they need to compensate that nerf by increasing something (flat damage on her Q or E) or cd reduction on her Q.

I kinda disagree with that. I mean she practically can't gank anymore till at least level 6, due to losing her invisibility from level 1-5 and her only mobility spell (apart from her ultimate, which also comes in at level 6). She's not exactly Lee Sin levels of early game.

Her E burst wasn't "too damn high" before the runes update. Her E isn't even really that great by itself. Dark Harvest is what makes her so bursty. If they wanted to nerf her burst, they need to nerf the runes. She's honestly useless without dark harvest being active.
