Getting to the point where I can't play anymore

It makes no sense, I have posted about this before and followed every step but it still happens. When queueing for a game, instead of queue popping for me it brings up a box that says "Trying to Reconnect" and then makes me dodge queue. Sometimes I can play, but it's extremely random and I have no idea why. My client has reverted itself to an older version 3 times today and I am currently serving a penalty for "dodging" too many games even though I haven't seen the accept button once.
