Why if you leave games you get a longer que time

This is the worst even if you just want to play with your friends like you have a 20 minute priority queue timer. like lets be honest no one wants to wait 20 minutes for a q timer. Dont make the timer be longer as it is like leave it at like 5 or 10 minutes i cant what 20 minutes for one game when i could play like 2 arams in the 20 minutes. and you need to play 5 games to get it off like this is 100 minutes this is 1h 40m in that 1h i could play alot more games so please take this ban off because its making many league players livid.
