Now is the time...

Mordekaiser's rework looks amazing. Now is the time to add some other innovative and unique changes! Here's a list of some ideas I've though should be in Leagues for a while now.

Swain can no longer take Flash. Fizz's E hotkey has been changed to H+O, this hotkey cannot be changed in options. Ashe must pay 1 red 2 colorless to basic attack. You can only purchase 1 dagger per game and you must purchase 1 dagger per game. Only players with a driver's license can pick Rumble. Leblanc can no longer cast her ult unless you went swimming last week. Baron Nashor has global range but no longer attacks.

Just some ideas I had that could really help some underpowered champions without comprising the what people love about them!

With these Morde changes it really makes me wonder how other champs that just scream duo lane are still being played solo. Like Jax should only be able to cast his e if you are next to the ally champion in the game with the highest ad however if they don't have the highest armor as well you stun yourself with it. And like Yorick has needed for a long time for his ghouls to only target ally champions and can't forget about how Renekton should use health to cast his abilities instead of rage and unless you are standing in fountain you lose 3% max health per second. Also all champs should be limited to 1 summoner spell if it is raining Friday.
