Hello I have been trying to figure it out but there doesn't seem to be official evidence of it. From my experience Magic penetration and flat magic penetration both cap at 40. Is that true though? is it like cdr?

I wouldn't think it caps, but there's not many sources of magic penetration in game, hence why there's a number being thrown around.

Sigh* in load screen when it shows a tip why doesn't it tell us this kind of stuff instead of "did you know poros love poro snacks?"
