Honestly they could of made it so that it can only instantly stun one person and the rest are slowed, but how can

its true I never played him again since his changes and probably never will. he was one of my favorite champions and now I pretend he doesn't exist. I never see him played never think of playing him. hes just an empty slot taking up space.
Because even an instant stun on one person is extremely powerful. Annie needs reworked badly, Riven's a pretty short stun, and Lissandra's closest thing is a root she has to get in people's face and a stun on her ult.
