Is Trundle the Most Balanced Champion?

TItle.

I feel like Trundle is possibly RIOT's most balanced champion in a design POV. He has counterplay in a sense that his pillar is mostly useful due to human error, he is a lane bully that has outright counters (which is pretty rare), his strengths are pretty much defined by the opponents he is facing, (Tanky bruiser top lane = Trundle is stronger), he is a tanky bruiser himself that counters tanky bruisers, and he has the potential to be incredibly strong and incredibly weak at the same time. Thoughts?

I definitely do think he's one of the better balanced raid boss champions.

Can't say he's one of the most balanced champions overall.

Trundle a clear set of strengths and weaknesses. Definitely one of them, if not the most balanced imo.

Good against melee and all ADs mid-late game. However, early game (pre 6) many melees can outrade him and most mobile + ranged APs will make him cry. Then again, the latter is more of an itemization issue than a problem with Trundle.

I remember a game I got so fed on trundle i tower dove 3 people under tower got a triple and tower.

Enemy team forfeited stating no chance of winning when trundle can tower dive 3 people under tower.

Nocturne or Varus.

The most balanced champions would be Renekton, Varus, Nocturne and probabpy Trundle though I wouldn't know that.
