Le Blanc nerf too harsh

Be honest here, when was the last time you have seen a Le Blanc or one even go positive? Most likely before her nerf which removed the silence. I know riot just buffed her W, but theres still other nukers who just do thier job better than Le Blanc. Look at Veigar for example, when hes nuking you, you cant do anything because you're stunned. But with this new Le Blanc people can retialiate much easier then other nukers. Im not saying they should restore her to her earlier state but i do think some sort of buff is neccesary to keep her a viable champion. I think Riot should give Le Blanc her silence back but maybe make it a shorter duration or change it to a snare. Plainly because right now she is not viable, im sure many other people would agree with me that they'd always rather be Veigar or some other nuker instead. Or they could even increase her ratios, when Riot removed her silence they didnt give any buff to balance it out.

I like the recent buff on her W but i think theres still room for improvment without making her an OP champion again. Also i dont like how people are building her tanky with rod of ages now.... I think she was meant to be some sort of nuker.

Just as a side note: I dont understand the nerf on DFG. I mean i havnt been seeing many meta champions using it, so if someone could explain that to me that would be appreciated.
