A different kind of PBE

As we all know many champions have been reworked in the past (Karma, Xerath, Sejuani, etc.), and I thought It'd be pretty cool if Riot gave us maybe a special game mode where it was old Xerath, and others without reworks obviously having its exception (Jax dodging tower shots Rito pls) so that's just my thoughts, leave a comment, suggestion, or just discuss it with others. Just would be cool to play Old Xerath, as some S3 and back players would understand that some of there mains were strongly affected by this, and why not give these guys a chance to play there old mains? Just my opinion

On the pbe forums, I suggested something like this, basically:

The MOST BALANCED from riots perspective iterations of all champions (so, for each champion, the most balanced of EACH of that champions versions IE original yi, ap yi, current yi - would be available, in the most balanced forms, with some adjustments if riot felt it was necessary)

And the same would apply to items, all items being available, in each of their MOST BALANCED versions.

The term I gave the game mode (a concept for a fun game mode like urf or hexakill) was Vintage.

Some people really like the idea, but it didnt get enough attention to survive and be talked about.

Personally, I think riot should make a 'public modding environment', where people can make their own mods and play with them, or play with other people's mods. Could be really amazing, and I bet they could even introduce some kind of workshop where the best mods get considered to be put into the main game, and the creators could gain some small compensation for it. I've seen alot of other games do similar things, quite successfully (looking at TF2 :p )
