A question from a jhin main to Rito

I remember hearing (a long time ago) that crit chance is modified to be less random. The way I understood it was that you start with very little crit chance and scale up to and past what it should be with every auto that DOESN'T crit, and that when it does crit, it resets back to its low value.

In jhin's case, doesn't that mean that at anything below 33% crit chance, he'll rarely crit? Every 4th auto will reset his crit chance to the modified value, and since he's supposed to crit less than every 3 hits, he won't get natural crits as often as he should.

Is that the case or are his 4th hit crits excluded from the crit chance calculation?

This is THE SINGLE most intelligent post I have seen in a while. (No sarcasm at all)

Riot SHOULD look at this because it is a weird mecahnic.

If you want Crit chance...it shouldn't have a hidden RNG mod that tells you to Crit after a certain time.

Great Post +1.

I too am interested if you will get a response.

Ninja Edit: On a champ like Jhin it becomes counter intuitive to have this Rng MOD based on non-crits.
