The route of new ultimate abilities

Bard: AOE Zhonyas works on both teams. Kindred: AOE Tryndamere ult works on both teams. New Taric: AOE Invicibility... Works on teammates..

The ult's are getting less and less original 3 champion releases (Yes Taric rework is a champion release) are pretty much invincibility ults... What are your thoughts on this?

These champions are much more unique in their base kit. It's a welcome change.
