Developer console for bot games

I think that there should be a developer console (like the one in csgo and other source games) for players to use in bot games and use restrictedly in normal/ranked games.

ie. if a player wanted to try out a new champion they could make them self level 18 they could use the console to do so (only in bot games though). or if a player wanted a 10 vs 10 with bots then they could

this would be a good addition in my opinion and would save lots of time

Riot thinks sandbox features would be toxic to the game.

I have often wanted to remove minions from bot games so I see the value of this as a feature.

yes please, I have an irrational fear of nerfs and editing items to have nerfed stats and testing how the DPS compares to bots of equal build and level would be nice
