People not trying because they got filled

Its getting impossible to play ranks with people getting filled not trying because they dont care... the new system is trash, people even say in chat stuff like ''im glad im not on my main role'' when losing badly... it would be fine if this happened like 1/10 games, but i get someone filled in my team almost EVERY game... games are getting 50/50 either we win realy hard, or we lose realy hard... give us the old ranking system back this is trash...
