CAN someone help riot

understand that players shouldn't get teamet if a g4 has 0 6 stats all games and he gets teamet up with a player with 12 1 all games. No they can't i have 500 games + still in g4 wtf is this game all my stats all games are good every time I carry and lose: i would rather wait 10 min to play a single match at get a good team and lose game at least 1 2 times but not wait 1 min to get a team where some is flaming hes 12 years old 0 8 all games in match history: this isn't just because I lose a lot this is cause noob players or (beginners) have to play with people at own level not with someone who has like me 500 games and i get teamet with a 30 + games ?????f

This discussion is very important I hope u see what I mean and I hope someone can bring this higher to riot support cause every time I try to do so they say they will send an email but they never send one. And I can see if they read the email they havent so pls help me. Actually it's too much to demand for a player to climb that he should be able to carry a team 1v5 and win the game:

Never played such a game before u ruin the fun u ruin my whole day: Not even glad to come home to sit on my desk to play anymore. I come home to open up my computer I take a look at league and think I am happy today, I won't ruin it and then i just skip a game night or game day. Watching movies when i could climb lose and win but in a good way. Why had people not asked for changes in other games i play some of the hardest games made. I lose so much but in league its another way I get bullied, flamed, harassed and not least they rin the game for me.
