Best MF and Lucian ult builds?

Wondering what the best builds are for MF and Lucian just thinking about their ults. Basically the same in terms of max damage I think. Since Bullet Time doesn't benefit from AS, it doesn't seem like crit would be as useful as full AD, and same for The Culling since crit doesn't help since the best of crit an AS are the same items. But correct me if I'm wrong. I think it's Youmuu's, Black Cleaver, Duskblade, Last Whisper, and one other, but idk for sure, someone told me that this wasn't the best build for damage, but best for earlier powerspike.

You don't build specifically for a champion's ult... Their build will always "buff" it. MF's ult will crit so normal build is perfectly fine.

Lucian can't be played just for the ulti though, unlike MF most of his power is from constantly AA'ing and weaving spells in plus unlike MF his isn't a large cone AoE.

While MF, you can just build normally you'll still rack up heavy amount of ulti damage, as for which one will do the most (Crit, Pene or AP) it just depends on the situation tbh. Pene would offer a faster powerspike but Crit would scale better if the game takes long.
