Illaoi is freking broken

For 2 last patche's 10 years kids were constantly taking illaio i ruined my game they think they play good but champion is just broken.But that's not the problem....The problem is that Riot didn't do anything they just stood there and watched how 10 years kids play with this broken shit champion Riot needs to do something fast.....
