I mean the champion hasn't been touched for so long and he has always been insanely broken and extremely annoying to play against.He is becoming more and more popular and still he is the same.I can't be the only one who thinks that he needs to have a change.
He will have a nerf next patch don't cry
He lacks damage without stacked AP, but all damage masteries are strong on him. Few other champions have easy way to sit on top of the enemy squishies. His burst or sustained DPS isn't that impressive.

flash from any of that and u'll still get dmg or get cc-ed.
