Losing a series because Quinn & Kench Bug: stuck in bird form...

So me and my buddy were playing a ranked game and he activated bird form before he jumped into his kench's portal... He ended up completely stuck in bird form and cannot leave. Even after dying he still has base human speed and cant do anything.

We replicated it in a custom match and its a simple as "don't go into a kench portal as bird form.

The reason why I'm bring it up here is because I'm pissed we had to take a loss because such a bad bug. I feel like there needs to be a loss prevented mechanic or a way to be compensated for this crap. Cause he just took a loss on a series.

I know Quinn is very under played but this is pretty bad. Also don't remove stealth wards.
