Why does Quinn get a blind

Quinn as adc with a blind is op ad carrys auto attack and having a move where she can stop the other ad carry from auto attacking is not fair and its aoe

She also has no attack speed steroid as an adc. The AOE is for waveclear and rarely impacts team fights. The blind is to allow her to at least win lane. She's a snowball champ. She has to win lane and assassinate champs to win a game. She's pretty terrible if she doesn't snowball and one of the worst team fighters.

I think it's a fair mechanic given her situation.

No easily accessible AS steroid, yes. No AS steroid at all, no.

True. She has a shitty AS steroid that's governed by RNG or you have to use your one escape tool(outside of ulting) to reliably proc it and it only lasts 3 seconds.

I actually don't like it for different reasons. It's really not that impactful and her whole kit is balanced around it.

Seriously, though, she has enough weaknesses to exploit that, if you lost lane, it's your own fault, not the blind's fault.

It's AoE because it's impossible to hit otherwise.

She can have a blind because jayce adc is a more meta adc than quinn

Because her only other steroid is her passive which is only reliable when combined with vault.

The blind gives her a CHANCE of winning lane. Without it she would need a more reliable AD steroid, or a new ASP steroid in her kit.
