i'm level 27 and in my normal games i'm being paired with level 5 or 3 players with 0 experience in the game against gold , diamond , plat players what the hell riot? why is this happening?

Dude, If it isn't ranked expect this. The only time to complain is in ranked. I'm about a level 200 and You get paired with all types.
imagine how actual new players feel when they get matched with u cause ur low level like them
Their premades obviously, but because those low levels are paring with a high level, those low levels match making is going to get fucked. This is along the line of high skilled friends teaching friends or new players how to play.

For whatever idiotic reason ranked mmr doesn't carry over to normal at all. So you get silly shit like diamonds in my normals when I'm a silver player at best in anything but support. "Oh you're learning top lane? Heres a diamond Irelia one trick"
Is this by any chance your smurf account?
MMR for different queues are different (ranked MMR doesn't carry over into Draft queue or Blind queue)
Also, premades and smurfs can really throw things out of whack when you're such a low level on your account. It doesn't disappear, but past account level 30 things get a bit better. :)
Riot need to make the highest MMR only matter in premades. But then I guess everyone would just have 10 smurfs... Hmmm, IDK if this can be fixed like, ever.
I keep getting high diamond players on the enemy team in my games as a gold 4 scrub. Idk if it's because i play late at night on the EU server or what but this shit is really frustrating.
Honestly I don't know where is the problem. I've played on my smurf this month bringing it to lvl 30 and I've found anyone who wasn't a smurf. Literally anyone. Also, not an Iron. I made then my placements, ended up to silver 2 even if I lost half games. There are no more new noob players in league, since season 5, I dare to say
I've gotten the opposite problem, I'm level 306 Gold ranked, and I randomly get really low level people.
Riot's name refers to the employees who all have a "Riot" watching the shit fest they made play out.
Yeah ranked mmr shouldn't be carried to normals. I don't understand why you expect skill separation in non-ranked matches. Imagine if you played TF2 and your TF2 rank would make matchmaker not put you in low ranked normals TF2 games? Hahaha. Plays Brawlhalla where it does carry over
To be honest going with low level premade for teaching purpose is not a bad thing. I mean if someone i know would start today, then i would go in premade normals.
If you want to avoid such, then go ranked. The system does not allow such without smurfing. And smurfing is not something you can stop easily.
duo queuing in norms tends to average the levels or MMR
i've run into a couple of people who were playing intro bot games looking for a low level to queue with for some free wins in norms. not sure why wins matter in norms after 30, but apparently they do
