How do you get orange essence now.

Through shard disenchants only. But I'd advise anyone against disenchanting their skin shards yet. Payout is beyond atrocious for the RP value of chest - to the point where just buying a skin is cheaper than earning enough to craft it. So, wait until Riot feels their pockets getting emptier from people not spending money on this scam and bumps the payout to an amount that can be called decnt.

I know you can get orange essence from disenchanting skin shards and from hextech chests as a drop. Since you get so little from disenchanting skin shards now, is there any other way to get orange essence in bulk?

I hate the new system. Once you get all the champs what do you do with the Blue Essence? It's so friggin hard to get the orange essence, buying the skin you want just saves time. I don't think its worth it anymore. I have a bunch of skin shards, even disenchanted an epic to get the one I wanted. Hate the change!
