When RIOT says majority likes dynamic Q, he is right. Do you know why? Because majority of players are in bronze/silver, so they like being legaly boosted into higher tiers. Its unbearable almost every game to play with players with no idea what to do. I have played since seasson 2, and this is the worst experience in my favorite game.

Its more fun to climb together with friends and play competitive mode. Normal is for having fun with friends, doing weird comps and stuff. U know like Singed+ Blitz top lane or stuff like that.
