Does the shield bonus apply to his Armor Passive?

Self-heals don't provide the bonus resistances, so Taric won't receive any bonus armor from it.
Only allied units will receive resistances from that mastery.
Shield refers to things like Lux's W, Janna's E & Morgana's E, not Taric's W or Galio's W.
The shield is referred to things that increases the allies' HP, not the Armor/MR boost.
