im acidxlaymore, was plat 2 until recently. basicly in 2 days,i went from plat 3 to plat 2 to lose 4 games to go back to plat 3 to win 4 games to go back to plat 2 to lose 5 games to go back to plat 3.those lossed i get after winning series isnt caused by my lack of skill because i would carry 80% the early game pretty hard as a jungler(its over most of the time in those games after the early game) and 3/5 games i should won 100% because i carried it super hard but the problem wasnt that my teamates fed,its just their decision making made all my hard work and creating opprtunities for the team useless cuz they kept throwing nonstop game after game.am i just incredibly unlucky rn and have to move on or theres a link between just finishing series and ppl being bad on ur team(im still very unlucky statisticly speaking both ways, 8 to 2 games where i get the retards and the enemy gets the retards)

I sorta know your pain, though from a lower elo standpoint. I keep getting to my Gold promos only to get people on a losing streak in my team and get those 3 losses, drop down, win some, lose more, drop to silver 2, win some to get to silver 1, lose some to drop again only to be forced to climb back up again.

I'd hope at least up there people understand stuff like don't fight 2v5's, do something if your laner leaves lane, protect the fed teammate, etc cause they certainly don't get that down here.

It's stupid, but the only way is to just "git gud"

Yea it sucks to be skill capped when so close to Diamond. I had that problem once, would bounce between P2 and P1 for what felt like an eternity. Then I changed my mindset and took responsibility for my losses instead of blaming my team mates. I realized that it was my lack of skill that was holding me back and that my team mates had nothing to do with my progression. After that I analyzed my own game play and was very critical of all of my mistakes. Soon I hit Diamond and then continued to hit Diamond for years after.

Tl;dr- Learning is fun, blaming team mates is useless.

Same thing with me... I hit gold 2 already 3 times this week just to fall back.

I win lane or get super fed but I just can't get my team fed. I spoonfeed them kills but they throw away our advantage so quickly for stupid reasons. If I get fed myself, my team will get just wiped out that I am left to do 1v5.

I still climb but just so slowly. it takes me 3 or 4 tries to actually end up staying at a higher division, which is a ridiculous grind.
