Selecting Roles in Dynamic Queue

I was wondering why it is not allowed to play in botlane with a friend. We both want to select bot and support but the game denies us this. It's frustrating because right now we have to just hope we get bot and support using fill as a secondary but that usually lands us in an uncomfortable spot. Anyone want to explain why they made that design decision?

True, wishing i could duo with a friend. Would rather bot/support than bot/fill support/fill
