Role Thiefs

So I'm playing Kai'Sa in blind pick, I call jungle and lock in. A few seconds later, this nidalee locks in and says shes going jungle. Now the game has started and we both have smite and I'm the one thats supposed to be jungle. She stole my role. For the first 6 minutes we are fighting over jungle camps and then I decide to just go bot lane since it was a 1v2. This was a 4 man queue and I'm pretty sure they are all going to report me for their friend taking my role. Will I be banned for someone stealing my role, we fighting over camps for 6 mins, and then me going bot lane?
