Not getting hextech chests anymore

So I've stopped getting hextech chests for the past month or so. I tryed playing with new champs, my teammates get an S but I still don't get any hextech chests after the game ends. Any help would be appreciated.

You only get a certain amount at a time, and will go without receiving chests for awhile. I have only received one in the past month to two months. Also, your profile will tell you when you are due to receive them, in or around what time period anyways.

Well, in my profile it says chests are available (4 are highlighted) But i still don't get any for some reason

Does the champion you're playing as have a Chest border around them in the champion page. You can only earn 1 chest per champion per season (ends Nov. 7).

have you ever been punished, ever? one of my accounts got hit with the "YOU CANNOT USE THIS FEATURE" because i had to poof for real world issues. it was the first time in six months i had afk'd and the only ever punishment =/

Now theres no point in even playing that account because i have no idea how long the 'punishment' is and as far as i know theres still the issue of never using it again.

I did get punished sometimes (having to wait for 20mn before joining the queue) somehow we get punished because we have a life lol But i don't see a "YOU CANNOT USE THIS FEATURE".

I feel you man this is what we get somtimes for having a life. thx for the reply

if youre ever punished, the only indication you get is a gold text post-game saying "you cannot use hextech crafting".
