AFK/Leavers in ranked play

For the past 5 games I have got atleast 1 leaver/AFK resulting in 5 losses. My proposal: When someone leaves/afk, the team they are on shouldn't lose as much LP as usual, if any (if they lose). This is based off of HoN (Heros of Newearth). In HoN, If there is a leaver they get their gold, items, and reduced MMR loss if they lose. I'm getting sick of trying to carry a 4v5 or a team who is just complete garbage.

somebody who tells u how easy it is to climb out... when somehow they've played the same champ like 30 times in a row... how the fck did they manage the same role n champ...idk.
