Unusually long queues
I made a new account to lvl up with a friend and the queue times for our current lvl 10-11 accounts are 10-12 mins long and he queues as support and fill, where I queue as JG and ADC.
Anyone else experiencing this?

the low level accounts are too busy being matched unfairly against high level accounts to be queued with you
