How do I preview my ability range.
I know it sounds weird but look at the video I linked. At 1:17 you can see he always has the blue circle around him. I was just wondering how does he do it. Is it the wards? Is it just some key I have to hold?

So not sure what is this exactly but it is either standard cast or standard cast on button. You can make your cast standard hitting Esc and checking related option. If you want to make your standard cast on button (Q is a quick cast and alt+Q is a standard cast, that shows you direction) you need to go to hotekys and find standard cast upon pressing the burron. I don't remember how exactly it is called in settings, because I set this up long time ago.
The previous comment explained the spells and such, I am pretty sure you are talking about auto attack range (that is the circle that is showing in the video) and I am pretty sure you press X to show it but its like a click so you see it when you press it but it goes away after you click, you can also press and hold C but that also brings up your stat boxes on the left side of your portrait
There's a "Quick Cast with Indicator" option in the Hotkeys game settings. What it does is that for as long as you hold your Q, you can see your range indicator. The ability fires when you release Q. The downside is that it's slower than the regular quick cast.
