I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE BEST BUILD FOR A TANK IS, AND ALSO WHAT TANK IS THE BEST AND WHAT BUILD IS BEST FOR THAT CHAMPION, ALSO WHAT TANK HAS THE BEST ABILITIES SIMILAR TO MALPHITES

It depends on the compositions of both teams, who is fed, and the in-game situation.
Also, Shyvana, Darius, and Dr. Mundo aren't tanks. They are fighters/juggernauts.
The best tank is without doubts 
. He has pretty decent base damage, ridiculous CC and natural Tankiness with his W. He will be useful on most team composition but is not particually the best in any composition; he is a generalist and hence you will find him useful in every game. His shortcomings is his low movement speed and relies on his Q to start any fight.
Another tanks that will be useful in most situations are

As for builds... you are a bad tank if you depend on a cookie build.... the only thing that might be static is your first item the rest should be chosen according to that particular game flow and enemy team composition.
