Is it possible to 1v1 turret with enough attack speed to proc pantheon passive on turret?

Simple answer ~ No.

Well turret has 0.8 attack speed, with 2.5 attack speed Pantheon, it actually might be if there are enemy minions to use abiltiies on.

thats 3 attacks for pantheon every time turret attacks.

There is an item called guinsoos rageblade that lets you proc on hit effects twice.

It does proc on turrets. It procs on anything.

Edit: nvm it doesnt, but the 1v1 against turret is still possible.
