I never got a remake

In my last ranked game, we had a Sion top that never connected to the game. Never appeared in the loading screen, never moved a muscle in game. I thought it was fine, we would just get a remake and onto the next game. But my team was NEVER offered a remake. Our bot lane stomped, and I went even vs a Lux mid. We had clear advantages, but lost simply because we were outnumbered. The result? -20 lp. I was one game away from G3 promos. Is there anything somebody can do? I feel cheated.
