Key fragment droprate increase

Should be increase the droprate of the key... after +30 win games there is still 2 in my inventory... No matter if i do S grade or D i cannot get keys [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Well grade doesn't influence drop rate, only if you win or lose. The drop rate does get worse with each fragment you acquire though, resetting 30ish days after your first one though, so although most people are dried up by now, we're probably not that far off from the reset when they'll become a bit more common again.

That said, I do find they're a bit too rare to manage the 12/month we'd need to keep up with chests...
