Provide a ranked ban for new champion/rework releases

Every time we get a new champion that is released and or newly reworked, we always consistently see these new releases abused in ranked despite the elo they are in. Qiyana, Mordekaiser, Sylas, Neeko, or even yuumi (although she was pretty bad in the beginning, she's heavily abused and ban worthy) ALL have this problem. Even if you do understand how the champion works, most of the time there's no counterplay because the champion is just too strong and ends up having the highest winrate out there.

This especially becomes a problem when the balancing team decides to bust out some new changes on tahm kench or allow someone like lux to become unbelievably broken, because there just isn't enough bans for the absolute shit show of broken champions.

There's nothing wrong, in my opinion, with new champions/reworks being allowed in normals, but they absolutely should not be in ranked whatsoever. The extreme impact these new champions have is game changing with no counterplay allowed most of the time, which is why I think there should be some sort of 2 week ban for new champions/reworks in ranked which would take place in between patch release of the champion/rework and the next patch allowing for adjusting champion balance.

I think i'd be more balanced if we simply didnt allow new/reworked champions to be in ranked for at LEAST 2 weeks after release.

And then those who only play ranked will still be first timing the champion after the "ban" is lifted and nothing would have changed
