Can't get good (Jungle), any tips?

So yeah, I'll try my best to not make it a TL;DR post, but overall, I've did everything I could to try and get better at jungle, but it seems like even tho I'm watching every video I can and watch any tips/tricks/top picks, I can't get better.

Basically I've recently started playing a bit more "seriously" (Not really, but more dedication towards Ranked) since I've stopped playing league for a year-or-so because of the community. With that said, I do have a 8-5 job and a girlfriend, so I can't really play as much and hardcore as some of the players, but I'm trying my best to catch up by watching videos at lunch time at my job and try to learn everything there's to know.

I've seen degradation in my WR since I started watching videos (Might not be correlated, but might, since I'm trying to change a playstyle and basically my foundations)... So my degradation is pretty bad too, at the point where I'm wondering if I even deserve to be "Gold" (Even tho I was Plat for the last 3 seasons). Imma be honest, I try really hard to apply some of the tips and tricks I've seen in my playstyle, but I have the feeling that those tips aren't really helping since every games are different, and trying to apply those tips in every game might be the reason why I suck that hard. I know there's some tips that NEEDS to be applied each game (Scoreboard check for CS, tracking the jungle, invading when he's doing a play and I'm far, etcetc) but there's some of those tips I can't find myself able to apply.

I've always thought I was no the best jungle/player since my mechanics are pretty trash, but I've always thought I deserved at least Platinum, not higher, not really lower. But this season, I feel like I deserve Silver/Bronze and it's kinda tilting me seeing how awful and r%%%%%ed my plays are and how I path/do nothing for the team basically. I'm really trying my best to do well, but it really seems in my ELO, people don't react. (Not everyone, but the majority). And hear me out, I KNOW I make bad calls and bad plays (a lot recently), but when both top and mid have lane priority and I go for an invade, no one seem to rotate. I feel like as hard as I'm trying to get better and deny the enemy jungle, the more I get punished for it. + Laners are the most toxic people in the universe, and even tho I don't really look at it (Chat is the smallest it can be + sometimes I mute all, but I don't feel like mute all is helping me OR my team)

TL;DR : I suck at my main role jungle, my pathing is surely horrible and my mechanics sucks. I can't win games because I feel like every move I try to make, I get punished for it, and if I don't make any more, my laners just die and I can't help it, or don't know how. I try my best to buy pinks when I think about it (which is rare, this is one thing I try to really get better at).

Any help from a fellow player who struggled through this could help me get out of this vicious circle? Thanks boys!

I do not know If I can help, the highest I got was gold 5 and that was seasons ago. Now I am bronze :) I played jungle most of my games. However, I played for 9 years and I can tell you the game is becoming more unpredictable by the hour.
Just bear in mind that almost every season or two are different. The game is changing slightly every month or so, but in the long run, the changes are big. you need to get "back into" your momentum. We have 143 champs soon to be 144. A lot of people got better in the game now we have smurfs more than ever before. I played with plats and diamonds while I was in bronze and silver. It is not fair but. this is how the game is going. do not "troll once in a while" as I did. because of some s%^^y people. just be persistent. Set a goal and go for it. Try the practice thing for different rotations. try to get along with trolls XD sometimes they make you win or you could bring the best out of them. I did that with few people. and voila! They start kicking asses around XD. I wish I could help you but you need to play as the tier demands don't think you're better or worse be your self find your style and start stoping troll XD

If you get yourself into any game where all 3 lane loses, games pretty much over already. Like there's nothing you can do as a Jungler to take over the game because Riot has remove the ability to solo carry, meaning you can go 20 - 0 and still lose.

But as a Jungler main, I believe I'm good enough to be Diamond if not higher, I play against higher elo Jungler in Master+ and I do pretty much better if not equal

Overall when Jungling, you gotta know most Jungle Champion Pathing, and you gotta look for Top and Bot lane leashes, because this little info will tell you where the other Jungler start. And if you play a stronger early Jungler Champ or yet if you think you are Mechanically better, you can invade and put the other Jungler behind.

The best way to hurt the enemy Jungler is denying the most important Jungle camp and those are mostly: Buff, Gromp, and Krugs. Every time you deny them one of these camp, they fall behind some exp from you and gold.

And then another is your vision placement. Usually you want to ward those Important Jungle Camp near the Jungle entrance, that way you can see where they are and it also help prevent incoming gank.

Other things you want to do is, turret diving, alot of Jungler they always look for lane gank or gank into lane rather than turret diving, usually when you have lane priority, you need to look for turret dive. Especially if you play really good diving Jungler like maybe Rek Sai, Eve, or even Kindred etc.

Mostly you just want to know where you can make a play rather than what you can deny. And also choose what you want to prioritize and how you're going to use it. Because another is alot of Jungler prioritize early Drake, I mean not just Jungler but mostly everyone does. Like its fucking useless going for Drake at 6min (Even if it Inferno, it's still fucking useless especially if you don't know if you're going to win the game off of it)

So if you're one of those Jungler that love to prioritize early Drake at 6min, you'll most likely lose

Jungle is fked atm.

To be good in jungle play maximum 3 champions, because you have to get accustomed to their clear speed on how you fare vs other junglers (can you face them 1v1? are they faster clearing than you? can they gank faster than you? etc) Imho if low elo, it's **usually ** (depends on the champ) better not to gank unless the enemy is in a precarious position.

Try smart safe counter jungling. If you are top and see the enemy jungle attacking bot, he can't get in time to pose a treat for you taking the jungle creeps and you can't get in time to do anything, so don't waste time. But never force this. I see a lot of junglers trying to cheese me with excessive forced counter jungling and they steal my red/blue while I get 2x their farm and gold in that time and then even ambush them to get a kill on them.

That being said, I still have a lot to learn in jungle so ...
