Loading Screen Takes A Long Time ;(

Hi guys I have a problem with the loading screen because it takes about 10 minutes to get into a game. I have had this problem ever since I've been playing league. I get 32 ping average per game and Im on a mac.I don't know what seems to be the problem, but I think theres something wrong with the mac because my brother has a mac aswell and same internet and he loads way faster than I do. I have 4 ram and the games that i have on that mac are league, osu, minecraft, steam, tf2, and dota. I dont play on steam or any steam games in general, just league mainly and sometimes mc and osu. Per game I get 60 fps no more but sometimes I do get lag spikes to 01 fps. Help?
