Why does your rank depend on wins, like most poeple are stuck in an elo because of their team. What if your team feeds or is not good at communicating or is not good in general but yet if they screw up then it effects you as well. I fell you should make ranking based off the player instead of the wins.

3 Things:

its a team game. You will be rated by how well you preform as part of a team.
if you were rated by, say, KDA? That is NOT evident of skill. Example, supports specifically DO NOT want kills, and will sometimes suicide to stall for the adc.
even if you DID find a way to judge the player, then the point of the game stops being to win. Instead, it becomes the stat grinder that is nearly every other online game, of people who would rather lose than risk a death, or who ks constantly, or who do any other of amillion non team oriented things because it makes them look good on a score board.

If you want to get a good rank, work with your team. Everyone at your elo is dealing with the SAME STUFF (I dragged myself out of bronze 4, trust me, EVERY. SINGLE. PLAYER. THERE. has to deal with trolls/afks/feeds.) - you have no unfair disadvantage.
