Same Ban Discrepancy in Queue's

To put it simple (because I dont have time for paragraphs) there should be a notification between bans so that everyone in queue not only knows who's banned, but will prevent a wasted ban and not cause 2 people to ban the same champion. I know I'm not the only one that's putting this issue out there but there should be something like this so theres actually 10 bans and not maybe 7. Hope someone acknowledges this....
