Help can't get S XD

I played a game as zed Zed with 17/1/0 and 240 cs and only got an A+ sure i felt a bit ripped off but maybe it had something to do with the fact that i had no assists XD but then i look back at one of my ranked games from a week ago where I played OriannaOrianna and finished with a score of 22/0/11 with 159 cs and also only got an A+ is this fair? i feel a tad bit annoyed haha.

How long was the game? That's relevant with CS. I've gotten an S rank with 5/5/6 and fantastic CS.

the orianna game was 29:10 minutes and the zed game was 40:10 minutes
