There is this thing called "Dodging", where you get out of the way of something you don't want hitting you. It really helps.

I know it's irritating, but both of those Q's are extremely telegraphed and very slow. Still easier to dodge than, say, a Jax/Pantheon stun. o_o

Flash has a 300s cooldown compared to 11s before cdr. Also lets say you're standing adjacent to someone, how are you meant to dodge because as soon as they press Q you're rooted.
