My thoughts on why games are more snow bally and therefore are shorter

Because now every champ got mini Rengar passive or (Kindred , Draven ,...) in shape of the new runes. Now kills/assists not only give you more gold from triumph but also give you raw stats from the legend runes (mid row) in Precision tree and the hunter runes (last row) in domination tree not excluding eye balls collection rune and Dark harvest from the same tree. As a result the team that get their stacks earlier will snow ball out of control and win the game. And with the option to have early armor and MR "which most players did" gone with the old runes players are dying left and right and the stacking going out of control.

If you play Rengar or in some extend Kindred ,Draven ,etc you will understand exactly the state of the game now, you either get ahead early and dominate your opponents "literally" or get behind and become useless, there is no middle ground for this champs. I loved Kindred concept and lore and i played them for some time before i was repelled by their passive, the idea of stomping your opponent or get stamped didn't appeal to me and i hate to see that most other champs are going to be the same way.

I know its preseason and most stuff are subject to changes and i wouldn't bother writing this unless i saw a flaw in the foundation of the new runes system (having 2 tree relaying heavily on stacking mechanic) and don't tell me that some of those runes are balanced in the way you can obtain the stacks from other sources like minions and large monsters because why farm minion when you can farm champs ? I thought Riot understood how bad the stack mechanic can get by removing the sword of occult from the game years ago but with the new runes they prove me wrong.

Suggestions : 1- I think the runes mentioned before need to be reworked into other way than just get more from kills/assists , I believe who ever came up with zombie word and minion dematerializer can definitely came up with something else creative and fun. 2- Buff the tower's damage and tackiness, unless you intentionally want the game to become shorter (which i strongly disagree with) then you can increase the passive gold income like in ARAM.

I wouldn't waste your time with all this texts unless I saw the game I loved , played and watched since early season 3 going the wrong way (at least for me) and knowing that Riot lessen to feedback and some time go with it. This sliver of hope that someone may lessen push me to write my first post on this boards hoping i can have positive impact on my favourite game.

Thank you for reading all this and excuse me for some spelling and grammar mistakes , English isn't my first language. have a wonderful day !

The problem are the towers m8 way too weak and they give gold to everyone 3 early tower and the game is pretty much over it just snowballs out of controll way too fast.

because every keystone rune is designed in a way where it gets stronger when youre already controlling the lane and youre ahead.

there is only 1 entirely defensive rune and that rquires an allied champion nearby. all the other keystones expect you to be able to actually fight your opponent and dont give you a benefit for playing careful and defensive.

offensive runes like press the attack and coup de grace get you 12% and 10% damage increases next to other benefits. the specialized defensive runes only give you 5 armor or 5 mr. the only one that grants worthwile defenses is either an aggressive keystone, or takes 10 minutes to kick in.

We also don't have the old standard armor and MR runes. Most champs did gets some base armor or health buffs, but the lack of defense and all the pokey runes makes people melt fast, early.

Thats nice and all but the real reason is because its preseasona and people dont know wtf they are doing anymore.

This happens every year.
