Remove the op jungle item "devour"

as a yi main i never seen it so easy to win holy crap this item is broken all you need is 60 stacks to do over 100 magic dmg per hit then add max attack speeed to that and wuju style true dmg holy crap this item is just broken i never won so easy

this item requires no farm to get (not like feral you afk farm for it) cheap for a late game jungle item.... why are jungle items allowed late game.... low risk high reward

i have yet try try Warwick and udyr

ill bet you yi udyr and ww or xin will be on permaban status for months until the item is removed or nerfed

stop making on hit jungle items

The damage on the item is getting nerfed really hard! from 40 to 25 which is huge. There you go :D

It's already on the PBE, that doesn't mean that it goes through to live, but i guess it's likely - or at least Riot has noticed that something is broken/wrong with the Devourer upgrade

The items damage is going down on initial buy.

Also you don't deal max damage with it, every champ starts with 30 mr.

Also there is a risk attached to it. If you're against a competent enemy team you're likely to get counter jungled and ganked a lot which will make stacking the item hell.
